We understand. A body gets weary of a roller coaster ride in health. One day we feel good, three days later we don’t. And you are male and think you shouldn’t be having much fluctuation. Well let me tell you mister, we can fluctuate too.
Let’s get down to the bottom of things. The goal should be to develop good terrain within our body, stay hydrated, have a good gut, have a good mineral mix in our body, eat healthy whole foods, get good exercise, get good sleep and have a healthy attitude.
